Here you can always stay up-to-date with info about match events, live scores, line-ups, match stats, ranking tables and club news. To create more engagement, you can bet in match events and challenge your friends with real-life items. This betting is just for fun: there is no cash-in and no cash-out. TrybeGoal brings you the ultimate social betting experience without hurting your wallet.
The goal of this App is to create a social experience around Football. Football is the number one sport in this planet, with around 3.5 billion fans. This App was created for all these fans, to live the sport in a more friendly and engaging way.
The reason to use this App is for pure entertainment. You can have fun with your friends, while staying up-to-date with match scores. Our App does not require long sessions and we don’t interrupt you with ads or disturb your user experience. If you are running out of chips, you can choose to go and watch video-ads to earn more chips. You select the matches you want to follow with live score notifications and you can build a personalized feed with your top team’s news. You can also challenge your friends with real-life items, have fun and enjoy a real social betting experience.
Our App is recommended to be used by age 17+, but we advise you to follow the recommended legal age stated in the App Store/Google Play in your country.
No, not necessarily. The App can be used by anyone. You will end up learning the mechanics of the App, and you will evolve as you keep on visiting and placing bets.

Yes, you need internet connection. You cannot play TrybeGoal offline.

You can create your Account directly in the App by signing-in through Facebook, Apple or Google authentication.
The App is simple and straightforward. Although we have a lot of information in these FAQs, the best way to know more is by using the App every day and discussing it with your friends.
The main resources are matches, bets, challenges, feed and profile.
In the “Matches” section you can explore past and future matches and filter out the live matches.
In the “Bet” section you can select which match to place bets. Every football match has several events that you can bet. You can place bets on events like these: who will win the match, the final score, which players will score, which team will have a clean sheet, which team will score first, how many yellow cards in the match, and other events that will be added in the future. The bets of all players go to a common pot. The value of pot will be divided among the winners at the end of the match. You need to collect virtual chips to place your bets on match events. When you are running out of chips, you can collect more chips by clicking in the “Chips” section and watching video-ads.
You can also challenge your friends or receive challenges from friends. In these challenges you can bet virtual chips or play with real life items. You can challenge friends on 3 different match events: who will win the match, the final score and which players will score.
In the “Feed” section you will receive news and content from your favourite club, your national team and you will receive content from events that happen inside the App.
Finally, in the “Profile” section, you can select your favourite club, your national team, the rival teams and other teams you want to follow. You can also see the list of your friends and the challenges with them.

Matches are divided into days of the week, leagues and competitions. To find out more information about a match, simply click on the match can you can view the match info, game stats, yellow and red cards, goals, penalties, player changes, player line-ups, final score, competition, match date, stadium, referee and TV channels where the match is being broadcasted.
“My Matches” will show the matches of my selected team, my national team, my rival teams and my follow teams. All these teams can be configured on “Profile”.
“All Matches” shows all the matches of all the teams, covering more than 300 competitions across the globe.
That button is where you can toggle to see all matches or just the live matches.
Click on “matches”, then click in the magnifying glass icon on the top right-hand corner and search for the team you want.
If you want to add additional teams, go to “Profile”, tab “Teams”. Here you can choose “My Team”, “National Team”, “Follow Teams”, “Rival Teams” and “Competitions”. The matches from all the selected teams will show up on My Matches.
Click on “Profile”, select “Notifications” and turn off which notifications you don’t want to receive.
The fire icon indicates games with a high pot at stake.
The red fire icon is presented when the value of the pot reaches the value of the top-20 pots from the previous week. The orange fire icon is presented when the value of the pot reaches the value of the top-50 pots from the previous week.
The chip icon means that you already placed a bet.
When you press on a match you will be able to see the timeline of a game, the time info, including which competition, match date, stadium, referee, TV channels, the line-up, team manager, substitutes, bench, summary, attacking, discipline and how your team is ranked in the competition. Please note that this info will always be more complete after the match.
By clicking on “Matches”. You will be able to see “My Matches” and also “All Matches”. All you have to do is scroll to find which matches happen on each day. For more information about a specific match, all you have to do is to click on the match you want to know more about.
By clicking on “Matches”, on a particular match, and then on the uniform symbol. If you placed a bet and the line-ups were not yet available, don’t worry, you will receive a notification when the line-ups are available.
By clicking on “Matches”, on a particular match, and then on the graph icon. Here, you will be able to see the “summary” of the match such as “goals”, “possession of ball”, “passing accuracy”, and “shot accuracy”, along with “attacking” summary where you can see the “total shots”, “shots on target”, “shots off target”, “corners”, and “off-sides”; and lastly, the “discipline” summary such as “fouls”, “yellow cards”, and “red cards”.
By clicking on “matches”, on a particular match, and then on the list icon. You will be able to see the league ranking of all teams and a comparison table with “games played”, “wins”, “draws”, “loses”, “goals”, “goal difference”, and “points”.
As the name explains, you can bet for fun in several events of that match just by using virtual chips. Please note that you do not win any cash prizes, just virtual chips that have no monetary value. You can bet on who will win the match, what will be the final score, which player will score, which team will have a clean sheet, which team will score first and how many yellow cards in the match. Inside “Bet”, you can also challenge your friends to compete for chips or real items. In this App all the betting activity is just for fun.
You can bet in two places within the App: in “Matches” by clicking on “Bet” or directly in the “Bets” area. Click on a match and answer the bet questions. When you answer a question, it will give 3 options of amounts to bet: 10, 30 or 50 chips. The amount you will win depends on the odds of your answer and the value of the pot.
You can start betting immediately and as long as you have virtual chips available.
We only get access to line-up information some time before the game starts. Those bets that are dependent on line-ups will only be available when the line-up information is made available.
You will know the results of your bets at the end of the match. But you can also see how you are doing throughout the game and compare with your bets.
The bets close when the match begins.
The stack of chips icon that shows up in every bet will reflect the cumulative amount and total pot of all the chips that the players decided to bet.
The total pot represents the cumulative amount of all the bets from all players in all the match events.
Final odds are calculated when the bets are closed. In the first release (R1.0), bets are closed at the moment of kick-off. In future releases, we will have bets happening during other times of the game such as half-time.
Odds represent the potential return of a bet. The odd of a bet is calculated with the total value of the pot and the number of bets in that option. For instance: let’s assume the pot has 500 chips. If a player was the only one to place a bet of 10 chips in some particular option, the odd of that option will be 50. It means the player will win 500 chips (50x10).
We don’t use any odd servers from real betting Apps. We use a simple mechanism of a common pot, that collects all the bets and then splits among the winners. This has nothing to do with real odds from betting Apps.
You will know the result of your bets at the end of the match.
When you don’t have enough virtual chips to bet you need to watch ads to collect more chips.
Unfortunately, no. Once you have confirmed your bet, you cannot go back.
Yes, you can increase your bet. You just have to click on the bet rectangle on the lower right-hand corner, you can change the number of chips. For example, if you place a bet of 10 chips, you can increase that bet to 30 or 50 chips.
No. This is a bet-for-fun platform. No cash-in, no cash-out. You only play with virtual chips that you win inside the App.

Every day you enter the “Bet” tab, you’ll see a screen with Daily Bonus. Here you can receive some virtual goods (virtual chips and XP) by watching a video-ad. If you enter 7 days in a row, you will receive more virtual goods (virtual chips and XP).
This icon will indicate your Level in the game. The Level is related with the number of XP you have collected in the App.
This icon is the amount of chips you have available in your wallet. When you click here, you will also be able to collect more chips by watching video-ads.
Yes. You can place bets against your friends and challenge them to bet against you in a match event. After placing your bets, you can challenge your friends by clicking on “Challenge a Friend”. This should be seen a friendly activity to engage the connections between friends.
You can invite friends in your “Profile” by clicking on “Friends” and choosing “Add Friends” or “Invite Friends”. On the first option you can search by your friends’ names inside the App. On the second option, you can send an invitation to any friend by using external messaging channels (SMS, Email, WhatsApp or other Apps).
No. You need to invite friends to join your community on the App to be able to challenge them.
To challenge a friend, you always need to place a bet. And then, you have two options:
You can challenge your friends against 3 different match events: Who will win this match; What will be the final score; and Which player will score.
Yes. You need to place your bet first and then you will be able to challenge your friends.
The “Friends” button shows up when you didn’t place a bet yet; by clicking on it you can see if some of your friends already did. After you place your bet on a certain match event, the button you will see will be “Challenge a Friend”; by clicking on it you can see the list of friends that you can challenge and bet against.
Your friends will receive a notification saying that you challenged them; they can either “Accept” or “Reject” the challenge.
If you and your friend agree in the same final result there is nothing to bet against. The challenge is automatically archived.
In that case, none of you win or lose the challenge.
Yes. You can follow your challenges on “Profile” by clicking on “Challenges”. You will find three different challenge status: “Waiting”, “Incoming” and “Accepted”.
Yes. You can challenge a friend to 3 different categories for the same match: “Who will win this match”; “What will be the final score”; and “Which player will score”.
Yes. You can challenge your friends to as many different match events at the same time, as long as you have enough chips to keep placing bets. If you run out of chips, you can always get more by watching video-ads.
If you were not the first of your friends to place a bet, then yes, you can see your friends’ bets by clicking on the “Bets” menu and “Friends” button.
Yes. When your friend accepts or rejects your challenge you will receive a notification.
Yes. Your friends will receive a push notification with information about your challenge.
You can receive invitations from your friends and you can accept or reject these challenges.
If your friend doesn’t reply to your challenge, you can cancel this challenge at any time by clicking on “Waiting” challenges and then “Cancel Challenge”.
You can bet with virtual chips or bet on real items (soft drinks, coffee, beer, wine, pizza, hamburger, sushi, hot dog, ice cream, and much more…). All the won bets and challenges have no monetary value involved inside the App and need to be exchanged externally between players.
As soon as the match event finishes, you and your friend will receive a notification. The one who lost the bet must pay the chosen item to the other.
In case you lost a challenge against a friend, it is up to you to make sure that you send the item to your friend, or you pay in person.
Go to your “Profile”, and in the “Challenges” tab you can manage all of your challenges. You can delete the bets that have been paid by swiping left to archive them.
TrybeGoal does not take responsibility for unpaid challenges. This is just a friendly activity to engage the connections between friends. You can always share unpaid challenges with friends and remind them of the bets by using external messaging channels (SMS, Messenger, WhatsApp and others).
You can click on the chips icon on the top right-hand corner and watch ads to collect more chips.
Once you collect all the ads, you will unlock the chest and get extra chips and XP.
The gift icon means the daily bonus you can win. Every day you can collect a daily bonus by clicking on this icon on the top right-hand corner. You will win chips and XP.
The info presented in Stats is related to the bets you won and the bets you lost, the total bets you made, the total stacked chips, the return, the winnings, the leaderboard, and the top-5 wins.
Inside the Leaderboard you will be able to see how you are performing against your friends, other players in your country and globally, during 7 days, 30 days, or all time.
The Top-5 wins shows your Top-5 bet wins where you collected the highest amount of chips.
You can go to the “Bet” screen and click on Ranking. You can see three types of Leaderboard: global, country and friends. These Leaderboards are ranked by the winnings of each player. The winnings values can up and down, depending on the outcome of your bets.
Every time you place a bet with N chips, you can win or lose. If you win M chips, the winnings will be (M-N). If you lose the bet, the winnings will be (-N) chips. The accumulated winnings of each player will be counted for the Rankings.
Your position is determined by your winnings. If you want to progress you need to place more bets and win.
XP means Experience Points.
You can win XP by using the App in the following activities:

You can use the feed to view trending bets, end of match results and betting results, the weekly leaderboard, and also news and tweets from your national team and your favourite team.
Go to your “Profile” area, then click on “Settings” icon on the top right-hand corner and click on “Feed”. There you can select Your Team, National Team, Rivals and Follow Teams.
By clicking on the small cards on the top of your feed you will be able to see a recap of the latest game events in a visual format similar to Instagram or Facebook stories.

You can change your picture by clicking in the picture in your “Profile”. You can take a new picture with your phone’s camera or you can select an existing picture from your phone’s gallery.
No, you cannot. Your name is selected during the sign-up phase, and cannot be changed afterwards. Please be aware you should not use offensive names, otherwise you may be kicked out from the App.
Yes, you can change the language in your App by going to “Profile”, then “Settings” and then “Language Settings”.
You can configure Push Notifications by going to “Profile”, then “Settings” and then “Notifications”.
You can rate the App by going to “Profile”, then “Settings” and then “Rate us”. This will take you to the App Store, where you can give a star rating.
You can give feedback to TrybeGoal by going to “Profile”, clicking in “Settings” and then in “Rate us”. Inside “Rate us”, select the option “Please help us to improve the App. Every Trybe member has a voice!”. Here, you can select predefined topics and write your feedback.

You can find the “Friends” tab inside your “Profile”. Here you can see the list of your friends. If you scroll down you see an option “Add Friends”, where you can search friends by name. Once you find a friend, you can click “Add Friend”. A friend request will be sent, and once the other player accepts it, she/he will be part of your Friends list.
You can use “Invite Friends” to invite friends outside of the App, using SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Discord, Telegram, other Apps.
In the bottom of your list of friends you have an option “Friend Requests”. Here you can see the list of requests received and requests sent. When you have friend requests, a red dot will appear next to “Friends”. To approve a request, click on “Friend Requests” and approve or deny.
If at any time you wish to unfriend a player go to player’s profile. On the top right corner of their Profile card, you will see “…”. Click there and you will find the “Unfriend” button. Click Unfriend and she/he will be removed from your friend’s list.
