TRYBEGOAL uses cookies and similar technologies to store and access information on your device, and process your personal data (such as IP address, unique identifiers and browsing data) for tailored ads display (both on and off TRYBEGOAL), personalized content, ad and content measurement, audience insights and product development.

When you use our Services, we may collect certain information about you and the services you use. Personal Information You Give UsWhen you register in the App, we collect a range of information from the sign-in authentication mechanisms, including: your username, profile picture, location and email address.
In case you sign-in with your Facebook credentials we will collect your username, email address and device ID. We may also have access to your Facebook friends, your birthdate and your profile picture. You can cancel this access, at anytime, on your Facebook settings.
In case you sign-in by using your Apple or Google credentials, you are giving us the authorization to collect your username, email address and profile picture. You can cancel this access, at anytime, by accessing your Apple or Google privacy settings and managing your permissions inside the App.
You may, at your choice, upload one or more pictures from your gallery or camera. To do so, you must authorise us, to access your gallery and your camera. We will not access or store any other photo, besides the one you choose to upload.
When you win some competition inside the App, we may ask you to provide your email address. Your email information will be used for the purpose of prize fulfillment. You may also optionally provide your email address in any of our Websites or Apps.
We may use cookies to identify that you have visited our webpage. The majority of browsers will automatically accept cookies, but you are able to change your browser options to prevent cookies being automatically accepted or to prompt you to accept cookies. If you do not accept these cookies, you will not be able to stay automatically logged in to our Services. This information may include the type of device, your operating system, your browser, your Internet Service Provider, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and time that you accessed our Services, the website that referred you to our Services, the web pages you requested and the date and time of those requests. To collect this information, we may use cookies or similar technologies. You may be able to modify your browser settings to alter which web-tracking technologies are permitted when you use our Services, but this may affect the performance of these Services.
Location Information - When you use a smartphone or another mobile device to access our Apps, or you use a computer or another device to access any of our websites, we may collect information about your physical location. Personal Information: TRYBEGOAL will use and store your Personal Information to deliver our Services to you; to send push notifications or email messages with updates about our Services; to improve our products and Services; to investigate (and remedy) fraudulent or allegedly fraudulent activity; and to perform aggregated data analysis.
We will never disclose your name, picture, email address, location, or other Personal Information to any other third party for their marketing purposes. This allows you to use the TRYBEGOAL App in a secure way and prevent unwanted marketing.
TRYBEGOAL will disclose your Personal Information to third parties only in the following limited circumstances: we may share your information with service providers that provide us support services, such as website hosting, email delivery, push notification delivery, location-mapping and analytics services. We will ensure, to the largest possible extent, that companies only collect, use and disclose your information when it is mandatory in performing work for us or when the disclosure of your information is required by law.
TRYBEGOAL may allow our partners, who are delivering rewards and merchandising, managing promotions, analyzing data and usage of the Service, providing support and maintenance services for our Services, or providing customer service, to access Personal Information. We require contractors to use the Personal Information they access only in connection with the services they perform for TRYBEGOAL, and never for any other purposes. Our contractors have to sign a Confidentiality Agreement with us and will always be required to maintain the confidentiality of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
If you are a winner of a sponsored league competition (as detailed in the applicable League Rules), we will share your email information for purposes of prize fulfillment only.
Aggregate Information: TRYBEGOAL may also use Personal Information to create aggregated data for analytical purposes. This statistical information does not contain any individual-identifying information or contact information and it is only used to understand our customer base as a whole and to provide a better service. TRYBEGOAL reserves the right to share such aggregated, non-identifiable data with third-parties.
Web and Mobile Tracking Information: TRYBEGOAL uses web and mobile tracking information to manage our Services, to understand how well our Services are working and to develop and aggregate statistical information about the use of our Services. TRYBEGOAL may disclose web and mobile tracking information, without individual identifying Personal Information, to third party companies and contractors, in order for such third parties to analyze the performance of our Services and the behavior of users, to operate and improve our Services.
Email Communications: if you provided your email address in any of our Apps or websites, we may send you administrative and promotional emails concerning the TRYBEGOAL Service, including new software releases, new features, promotions, competitions and rewards and to respond to your customer service inquiries and requests for information. If you wish to opt out of promotional emails, you may do so by following the "unsubscribe" instructions in the email or by contacting TRYBEGOAL Support.
Network Operators: Use of our Services may involve use of the services of third-party telecommunications carriers and Internet service providers. Any information that a carrier or an Internet service provider collects in connection with your use of our Services is not Personal Information and is not subject to this Privacy Statement. TRYBEGOAL is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any telecommunications carriers or Internet service providers.
Additional Disclosures: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Statement, TRYBEGOAL reserves the right to use or disclose Personal Information and any other information we collect in connection to our Services: (a) if we become involved with a merger, acquisition or a similar situation which involves the transfer of some or all of our business assets as may share your information with business entities or people involved in the negotiation or transfer; (b) to any law enforcement, judicial authority, or governmental or regulatory authority, to the extent required by law or legal process; or (c) if in TRYBEGOAL's reasonable discretion, such use or disclosure it is necessary to enforce or protect TRYBEGOAL's legal rights or to protect the legal rights of third parties.

You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails by modifying your promotional preferences in your Account’s profile section, or by following the opt-out instructions in the promotional emails we send you.

Location Information – When you use a smartphone or another mobile device to access our Services, we may collect information about your physical location only if: "location services" for the mobile App is enabled and the permissions in the mobile device allow communication of this information. If you do not want us to collect your location information, you can opt-out of sharing this information by disabling the location services for our Apps in your mobile device. Please be advised that disabling the location access, you will not be able to enjoy certain features of our Services.
Cookies – If you want to reject cookies, you must choose to inactivate them in your browser. Every browser has a preference or option you can configure so that the browser notifies you if a site wants to set a cookie and typically provides with an option to accept or reject the cookie before the cookie is set. If you choose to remove or reject cookies, it will affect many features or services on our websites. If you would like to cancel your Account and your Personal Information to be permanently removed from our database, please contact us using the information in the "Contact Us" section below. We will make every effort to promptly respond to your request and we will disable your TRYBEGOAL User Account from any of our Apps and you will no longer receive emails from TRYBEGOAL. We will retain your information for as long as your Account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. If you ask us to delete your account, we generally retain and use your Account information only as long as necessary to fulfill business or law enforcement.
TRYBEGOAL protects your information using technical, physical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of your information. Some of our safeguards include firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls and administrative informational controls. When you transmit highly-sensitive information through our website or in one of our mobile Apps, we encrypt the transmission of that information using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. Although we have employed security technologies and procedures to assist safeguarding your Personal Information, please be aware that no system or network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. No Internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that security breaches will not occur. Without limitation of the foregoing, we are not responsible for the actions of hackers and other unauthorized third parties.
The legal age to use our Services depends on your store (App Store or Google Play) rating. Please make sure that you are within the legal age or have parental consent to use this App. If TRYBEGOAL learns that Personal Information of users less than legal age has been collected without verifiable parental consent, we will take the appropriate steps to promptly delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may have collected information about a Minor, please let us know using the information in the "Contact Us" section below.
If you connect to TRYBEGOAL using Facebook Connect, you agree that any identifying information obtained by us by reason of your connection using Facebook Connect will constitute Personal Information for the purposes of this Privacy Statement, and you consent to our use and disclosure of such information in accordance with this Policy. If you stop using Facebook Connect as an access mechanism, you agree that we will, nevertheless, retain any Personal Information in accordance with this Statement.
You can log in your account by using your Apple or Google authentication credentials. If you connect to TRYBEGOAL using any of these, you agree that any identifying information obtained by those authentication mechanisms will constitute Personal Information for the purposes of this Privacy Statement, and you consent to our use and disclosure of such information in accordance with this Policy. If you stop using authentication through Apple or Google, you agree that we will, nevertheless, retain any Personal Information in accordance with this Statement.
